The wonderful world of the internet...

As I complete my very first blog (ever) and wonder how in the world to locate the "RSS feed" to send to Dr. Wesch, I think back to when I returned to college. As impossible as it sounds, in 2004 I didn't even know how to create a powerpoint (and by create, I mean open the program).

When I graduated high school in 1993, my school had a grand total of 2 computers (I think) (word processors with the black screen and white letters) in the library. The internet was in the pipe...but still a few years away from reaching small town southeast Kansas. Wow, times sure have changed.

Throughout this semester, I will chronicle the events that transpire in Dr. Wesch's Digital Ethnography course. I hope you will follow along.

  1. Dave,

If you've found the RSS feed, you are far ahead of the average Internet user!
